It has been nearly 2 weeks since we said goodbye to our last campers of summer 2025 and camp is already way too empty. The tents have come down, the showers are gone, and the rain has returned—it is crazy how things can change so quickly. However, some things never change—like the way that you are loved, the way that Noodle craves pizza on Friday nights, and that we want you at camp…pretty much always!
Because of these wonderful facts, we have a full fall calendar ready to go! The events are planned, registration is open, staff are ready—all we need is you. Please fill out the RSVP form and let us know you’re coming because you won’t want to miss any of this!
We love you and cannot wait for your return this fall and winter! Sign up soon as space is limited for many of these events :)

As we celebrate the end of an incredible summer, we are ready to celebrate together, share stories, and look ahead to the future of UBC with the campus rebuild coming underway. We invite our community to be a part of the project as they support our mission and the dream of new facilities where even more campers can be loved! Join us for a joy filled night with dinner and hors d’ oeuvres, raffle drawings, musical performance, live auction, and more!

UBC is coming (closer) to you! We will be hosting a trunk at the Salem trunk or treat and would love to have your help passing out candy, dressing in costume, or just saying hi! Join Robin as she puts together all of her favorite things! Soup, art, and community (also Jango)! This day camp will be focused all around art as you work on a new project that is sure to be proudly displayed in your home!

Perhaps our favorite event of the year where we party in the best way…WE EAT SO MUCH PIE! Pot pies, fruit pies, magpies, pumpkin pies, cream pies…(ok, you get it). Not only do we eat pie, we also celebrate so many of our campers as they mark 5, 10, 15, or more years of coming to camp! We love to join together and recognize the family that has been built in this place over the years!

While thanksgiving with family is fun, why not practice your favorite dish early and join us for a UBC family Friendsgiving? Knock the dust off of last year’s recipe and bring a side to share as we share a meal, memories, and games over a wonderful feast!

Join us for this joyful day as we celebrate Jesus’ birth…just a little early (let’s be honest, it is worth celebrating all year). We will be joining together with snacks, crafts, music…and perhaps a visit from our friend up north!

Camper retreats are BACK! If you miss camp as much as we miss you please mark your calendars and get signed up for a camper retreat this winter! Retreats take place overnight in the camp house and are designed for, by, and with you so that all of your favorite things are happening during your 2 or 3 night stay!
Retreats begin and end at 3:00pm and are limited to a maximum of 3 campers per session due to space limitations. If you have any questions about retreats please contact Noodle (emily@upwardboundcamp.org).

Cost: $696.75 per 3-day camp (can be covered using 3 relief care days on your ISP!)

Interested in just one day of fun? Day camps are back just for you! These single day themed events are packed with themed activities to bring people together, explore your creativity, and inspire joy!
Day camps run from 10:00am-3:00pm and must have a minimum of 3 campers to be run, please invite a friend to join with you!
